Remote customer support service is provided through the TeamViewer QuickSupport program.
TeamViewerQS allows quick and accurate solution to your inquiries.
With customer’s consent, an IntroMedic employee can access the customer’s PC and solve the problem remotely.

Procedure

Step 1:

Download and Execute TeamViewer

Step 2:

Give your ID and Password to your IntroMedic Representative

Step 3:

Start your remote support session
